Data Deletion Request

Short version. You can delete local website data from your browser, delete mobile app data from the app settings when signed in, or email RideLink for help deleting account-linked records from Supabase.

Delete data from the RideLink mobile app

  1. Open RideLink on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose the account/data deletion option if it is available in your installed version.
  4. Confirm deletion. This removes account-linked profile records, posts, messages, rideout attendance records, uploaded media owned by the account, and authentication data where supported.

If your installed version does not show the deletion option, email app.ridelink@gmail.com from the email address used for your RideLink account with the subject RideLink data deletion.

Delete data from ridelinkmaps.com

The website map can be used without a traditional account. It stores an anonymous browser/device ID in local storage so the map knows which markers are yours.

We try to respond within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or needed to verify the request.
