Do Not Sell My Personal Information

For Texas residents · Last updated June 26, 2026

Who this is for. This page covers the rights granted to Texas residents under the Texas Data Privacy & Security Act (TDPSA), effective July 1, 2024. If you live in another state, your local privacy laws may give you similar rights — see our Privacy Policy.

You don't appear to be in Texas. The opt-out controls below are provided to honor the Texas Data Privacy & Security Act and only apply to Texas residents. RideLink does not sell personal information from anyone — the rest of this page explains what we do and don't do.

1. Do you sell my data?

No. RideLink does not sell personal data. RideLink may use Google AdSense on website content pages and Google AdMob in the mobile app; Google may process ad-related identifiers under its own advertising controls. The toggles below record your RideLink opt-out preference on this device, and you can also manage Google ad personalization in your Google/device settings.

2. What does the TDPSA give me?

3. Exercise your rights

Do not sell or share my data
Opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context advertising.
Do not use my data for targeted ads
Opt out of targeted advertising based on my activity.
Your preferences are saved on this device.

4. Access, correction, deletion

The website map stores an anonymous browser/device ID and the things you post from this browser. The mobile app may also store account-linked records if you sign in. The simplest way to delete local website data is to clear site data in your browser. For app account deletion or server-side help, use the Data Deletion page.

If you need a written confirmation or want help with a request, email app.ridelink@gmail.com with "TDPSA request" in the subject.

5. Verification

For website-only data, we verify requests in good faith based on the browser/device ID and details you provide. For mobile app accounts, we may verify through the email address attached to the account before deleting account-linked records.

6. Appeals

If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response. If we deny the appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
