Child Safety Standards

RideLink has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page describes the standards we enforce, how we enforce them, and how to reach us about child safety concerns.

Who can use RideLink

RideLink is a community for e-bike riders and is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, as stated in our Terms of Service. Accounts found to belong to users under this age are removed.

Legal compliance

RideLink complies with applicable child safety laws in the regions where the app is available, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests relating to child safety. We review these standards regularly and update them as laws and platform policies evolve.
