Child Safety Standards
Applies to the RideLink mobile app (com.ridelinkmaps.app) and ridelinkmaps.com. Last updated: July 12, 2026.
RideLink has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page describes the standards we enforce, how we enforce them, and how to reach us about child safety concerns.
Who can use RideLink
RideLink is a community for e-bike riders and is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, as stated in our Terms of Service. Accounts found to belong to users under this age are removed.
Prohibited content and behavior
The following are strictly prohibited everywhere on RideLink, including posts, stories, comments, community chats, direct messages, profiles, and images:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Any sexualization or sexual depiction of minors, real or fictional
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with a minor
- Trafficking, exploitation, or the facilitation of harm to minors
How we enforce this
- New posts and images pass through automated content moderation before and after publication.
- Every post, user, and message in RideLink can be reported in the app with a couple of taps. Reports go to our moderation team for review.
- Violating content is removed immediately and the account responsible is permanently banned.
- When we identify CSAM or child endangerment, we preserve the evidence and report it to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, as required by law.
How to report a concern
- In the app: use the report option on any post (the three-dot menu), any profile (the Report button), or any community message (press and hold the message).
- By email: contact our child safety team at app.ridelink@gmail.com with the subject "Child safety report". These reports are prioritized above all others.
Legal compliance
RideLink complies with applicable child safety laws in the regions where the app is available, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests relating to child safety. We review these standards regularly and update them as laws and platform policies evolve.
